Are you excited about shaping the early stages of a customer’s journey and contributing to business growth from day one? As our Sales Development Representative (f/m/d), you will play a key role in generating qualified leads for our sales pipeline. This role is ideal both for early-career talent eager to grow into a B2B sales role as well as experienced SDRs who want to further develop and actively help shape a scalable sales development function at LUY.
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify inbound leads (MQLs) and convert them into high-quality Sales Accepted Leads (SALs)
- Research and identify potential prospects in our key customer segments
- Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn) to generate interest and engagement
- Build compelling outreach messages and adapt them to different industries and personas
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM (Salesforce) and provide regular reports on performance
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to continuously refine messaging, targeting, and handover processes
- Help shape and improve our SDR playbook through your learning, feedback, and ideas
- Proactively reflect on your own development and career path and contribute to building a long-term SDR function at LUY
Qualifications
- Initial experience or strong interest in B2B sales or business development, ideally in a SaaS environment
- Alternatively, already several years of experience as SDR and a desire to take the next step in a growing company
- Highly structured working style with strong time management and planning habits
- Strong communication skills in both German and English
- Self-starter with a curious mindset, motivation to learn, and a proactive attitude
- Resilience: You can handle rejection, stay focused on the goal, and quickly recover from setbacks
- Experience with tools like Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
