Your role
- Drive outbound engagement: Identify key prospects and run engaging outbound campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn) to generate leads
 - Turn curiosity into conversations: Qualify inbound leads and convert interest into real opportunities
 - Team up: Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to sharpen our GTM approach
 - Deliver Sharp Insights: Keep our CRM (Salesforce) up to date and share insights that drive results
 - Shape Sales Strategy: Contribute strategically to the development of our sales approac
 
Qualifications
- First experience or strong interest in B2B sales (SaaS = a plus!)
 - Strong communication skills in German & English
 - Driven, curious, and eager to learn
 - Organized, self-motivated, and ready to take ownership
 - Experience with tools like Salesforce or Sales Navigator is a plus
