We’re building a modern, design-led platform to support enterprise architecture — visually, collaboratively, and with just the right level of complexity. Our focus is on usability and technical excellence to serve customers across the DACH region and beyond.

To scale our product and engineering organization, we’re seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (f/m/d) located in the Greater Munich Area, with a strong focus on frontend development. In this role, you’ll be a sparring partner for our current architect and collaborate closely within our cross-functional SCRUM team. You’ll help shape the technical direction of our platform, contribute to architectural decisions, and bring our frontend to the next level.

This is more than a coding job — it’s an opportunity to lead through craft, grow into a technical authority, and make meaningful contributions to a fast-evolving product.

Key Responsibilities:

Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code — mostly in Angular, with some backend involvement
Lead by example: Own solutions end-to-end, give constructive code reviews, and guide design decisions
Be a strategic counterpart to our backend architect — together you’ll drive our modularization, roadmap, and long-term code health
Help to evolve our architecture, reduce technical debt, and ensure that quality and pragmatism go hand-in-hand
Collaborate closely with product, QA, and design to turn complex ideas into intuitive experiences
Support and mentor fellow engineers — help us grow as a team, not just as a codebase

Qualifications

You have 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, including a strong focus on modern frontend development. You bring deep technical experience in Angular, TypeScript, reactive programming concepts, and state management solutions.
You feel confident working with a backend stack that uses Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate, without needing to be an expert
You can see yourself working with supporting technologies like GitHub Actions, Container Orchestration, and relational databases — all part of our stack
You love turning complex logic into clean, usable interfaces — and have a strong eye for quality and performance
You enjoy collaborating with product, designers, and engineers to define technical direction
You bring initiative, a pragmatic 80/20 mindset, and a customer-first attitude
You communicate clearly, value open exchange — and aren’t afraid to speak up or reach out, even if others are more reserved
Your English skills are excellent (written and verbal), and a good level of German is a bonus
Bonus: Experience with message-driven architecture or graph-based databases
Bonus: You’ve previously worked in SaaS, B2B or software product contexts
