Job Description & Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to expand our market presence and drive customer acquisition
- Establish and manage our brand identity, helping LUY strengthen its position as a leader in the EAM space
- Drive and optimize digital marketing initiatives, including content marketing, SEO and paid campaigns
- Analyze marketing metrics and prepare performance reports to ensure our strategies align with growth goals
- Work alongside the sales team to create campaigns and generate qualified leads
- Organize and manage webinars, events, and other activities to enhance brand engagement
- Produce high-quality marketing materials that effectively communicate the value of our products
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
- Several years of proven experience as a Marketing Manager in SaaS or B2B tech
- Strong foundation in independently creating and executing effective marketing strategies
- Proficient in digital marketing techniques, including content marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media
- Analytical mindset with experience in making data-driven marketing decisions
- Exceptional communication skills with a keen sense for brand positioning
- Fluent in English and German
