We are not looking for salespeople who just wait for the next inbound lead, but for individuals who want to work with us to lay the foundation for our scaling. Your Role: Hunt, Build, Close

As an (Associate) Account Executive (m/f/d) at LUY, you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle. We are not looking for "order takers", but rather sales talents who are proficient in modern SaaS methodologies and proactively develop markets.

  • Pipeline Generation: You don't wait for inbound leads. With your experience as an SDR/BDR, you use social selling (LinkedIn) and sequential multi-channel outbound to generate qualified opportunities in the upper mid-market and public sector.
  • Deal Management: You manage complex sales processes. From initial discovery to closing, you qualify opportunities according to BANT and methodically guide deals through the funnel.
  • Value Selling: You meet C-level decision-makers and IT managers on equal footing. You know how to constructively challenge the status quo and clearly highlight the business value of our EAM suite.

Your Profile

  • Experience: You have earned your spurs in business development or as an SDR and are ready for the next step (or have already achieved initial success as an AE).
  • Methodology: Terms such as MEDDIC (or similar frameworks such as MEDDPICC) are not new to you, but rather the tools you use to evaluate deals and close them.
  • Social selling skills: You know how to build relationships and strategically use LinkedIn, trade shows, and events to acquire customers.
  • Hunter DNA: You are highly self-motivated and have the courage to open doors even in “cold accounts.”
  • Strong communication skills in German (C2) and English (business fluent)
