Job Description & Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns to generate qualified leads and drive pipeline growth
- Track and analyze key marketing KPIs (CAC, MQL-SQL conversion, pipeline velocity) to optimize lead flow and ROI
- Work closely with sales to ensure lead quality, nurture sequences, and sales enablement materials effectively support revenue goals
- Test and scale high-impact growth experiments, identifying new channels and tactics to accelerate revenue
- Collaborate with agencies on campaign strategy, content creation, and execution to maximize impact and efficiency
- Together with the entire GTM team define and refine ICP, value proposition, and brand messaging
Qualifications
- Several years of experience as B2B marketing manager targeting companies with 1000+ employees
- Built, executed, and optimized multi-channel demand generation campaigns (paid, SEO, email, content)
- Data-driven, results-oriented and bias to action. You see potential and take initiative to seize opportunities
- Exceptional communication skills with a keen sense for brand positioning
- Native speaker level German and fluent English skills
