Job Description & Key Responsibilities
You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to deliver a seamless post-sales experience, guiding customers from implementation to becoming power users. Your focus will be on driving adoption, reducing churn risk, and expanding customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard and activate new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and a structured adoption process
- Monitor customer usage, proactively addressing roadblocks and identifying opportunities for deeper adoption
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing best practices and technical guidance to help customers maximize value
- Drive expansion opportunities, collaborating with sales on upsell and cross-sell strategies
- Gather and analyze customer feedback, working with Product and Engineering to improve the platform
- Develop scalable success programs, including educational resources, FAQs, and automated support workflows
Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Success of a technical solution and in a multi-stakeholder environment
- Strong technical acumen, with the ability to guide customers through onboarding and integration
- Proactive problem-solver, anticipating customer needs and resolving challenges efficiently
- Data-driven mindset, using customer usage insights to drive engagement and retention
- Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
