Job Description & Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle, from cold outreach, qualification, and multi-threading to negotiation and close
- Develop and close enterprise deals, driving revenue growth through structured pipeline management
- Identify and engage key decision-makers across complex organizations, ensuring strong stakeholder alignment
- Work closely with Customer Success to ensure smooth handovers and long-term account success
Qualifications
- Comfortable working independently, able to run a structured sales process in a dynamic environment
- 4+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, with a track record of exceeding quota.
- Experience selling complex solutions with multiple stakeholders (3+) and long sales cycles (3+ months)
- Strong expertise in consultative selling, with a structured approach to prospecting, discovery (e.g. SPICED, MEDDIC), and negotiation
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build consensus across departments
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Fluent in English and German
